AIESEC is passionate about leadership development, world issues, cultural understanding and experiential learning. By joining AIESEC, you will be able to work on your professional and personal development.
AIESEC aims to create Solution-Oriented and Self-Aware leaders who Empower Others and are globally responsible World Citizens.
KEY EVENTS
- Youth Speak Forum (YSF) YSF is an event organised by AIESEC that takes place in multiple locations around the world, bringing top young leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders and experts for a conversation around youth's global contribution. The aim is to generate actionable ideas that will impact the world.
- National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC) NLDC is an annual national conference organised by AIESEC in Singapore. Delegates and facilitators come not only from AIESEC in the local universities (NUS, NTU, SIM, SMU), but also from other countries (e.g. Hong Kong, Japan, Canada). The conference focuses on developing leadership skills and critical thinking among AIESEC youths, through a series of dialogues and exchange sessions.
- SWITCH Conference SWITCH Conference is an annual conference organised by AIESEC in Singapore. Delegates consist of AIESEC members from NTU, NUS, SIM and SMU. The conference focuses on members capacity building, onboarding and bonding between the 4 local committees.

- Biannual Gala Night (January 2021) Our parent company (AIESEC in Singapore) organises our Biannual Gala Night during January and July to reward and recognise Local Committees (LC) who have performed exceptionally well in upholding our Leadership Development Model (LDM). OUR PEOPLE IN ACTION
DO I NEED TO AUDITION TO GET INTO THE CLUB?
No. However, we do have an interview and assessment centre.
Assessment centre: To observe how candidates perform in group settings and skills they possess through the activities. The AC will be filled with activities similar to what they would do in AIESEC and candidates are expected to solve challenges as a group. Normally, we would just ask the candidates to relax and be themselves for this round.
Interview: To get to understand the candidates better.

AIESEC (pronounced eye-sek) was originally an acronym for Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales.
AIESEC is no longer used as an acronym but simply as the name of the organisation.
Members of AIESEC are known as “AIESECers.”
